Signature Flight Support launches new Loyalty App catering to pilots making loyalty benefits easy to access in real time
Signature Flight Support launched its new mobile app – Signature iFBOTM at the 2016 NBAA Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition in Orlando.
Signature Loyalty members can easily and conveniently access their Signature TailWins® account to manage their profile, instantly opt-in to promotions as well as track and redeem their points in real-time for virtual cash equivalent gift cards which can be immediately spent on goods and services. Options for redemption include a virtual Visa card, Amazon, Best Buy, Home depot and over 30 additional retailers, restaurants and service providers. Members can also donate earned points to worthy business aviation affiliated non-profits - Lone Survivor Foundation, Veterans Airlift Command and Corporate Angel Network.
The Signature iFBOTM app also provides pertinent information such as a convenient locations look-up function with contact details and Google Maps for Signature’s global network of over 200 locations.
FBO reservations can be made quickly and easily via the app for all Signature Flight Support and Signature Select locations. Additional functionality to directly book discounted hotels is planned for a January 2017 release along with direct access to National Car Rental’s reservations making the app truly a “one stop shop” for pilots, schedulers and dispatchers.
