Your agreement with BBA Aviation plc will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes between you, BBA Aviation plc, and it respective officers, directors, employees and agents will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflicts of law rules.
